Travifo

Embed widget for your website

If you have your own website, you can embed a Travifo interest form directly on it. Visitors can express interest in your trips without leaving your page — every lead arrives organized in your Travifo dashboard.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Dashboard → Trips and open a trip that has at least one active edition.
  2. Below the main form, find the "Integrate widget" card (code icon).
  3. Click "Add to web" to open the widget configuration modal.

Configuration options

The modal lets you customize the embed:

  • Select edition — choose which edition(s) to display.
  • Mode — "Edition mode" shows a specific edition; "Trip mode" shows all editions for the trip.
  • Appearance — pick colors and language (English or Spanish) to match your website.
  • Embed code — copy the generated HTML snippet.

Adding the code to your site

Copy the embed code and paste it into your website's HTML where you want the form to appear. The widget works as an iframe that resizes automatically to fit its content.

Platform-specific instructions

The modal includes instructions for popular platforms:

  • WordPress — paste the code in a Custom HTML block.
  • Webflow — use an Embed element in the Designer.
  • Squarespace — add a Code Block in the page editor.
  • Generic HTML — paste directly into your page source.

How it works for visitors

When someone fills out the form on your website, the lead appears in your Travifo dashboard exactly like leads from your Travifo profile page. You'll receive the same email notification and can manage them the same way.

Tips

  • Place the widget near your trip description — context helps visitors understand what they're signing up for.
  • Test it after embedding — submit a test lead to make sure everything flows correctly.
  • The widget updates automatically — if you change the trip details in Travifo, the embedded form reflects the changes.
