Travifo

Preview your trip

Before sharing your trip with the world, you probably want to see how it looks from a visitor's perspective. Travifo includes a built-in preview that lets you do exactly that.

How to preview

  1. Open the trip editor from Dashboard → Trips → click on your trip.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the editor, where you'll find the action buttons.
  3. Click the "Preview" button (with the eye icon) next to "Cancel" and "Save".
  4. Your trip's public page opens in a new tab.

The preview shows the exact same page your visitors will see, including photos, description, editions, and the interest form.

The unsaved changes indicator

When you make changes in the editor without saving, you'll see an amber "Unsaved changes" warning near the action buttons at the bottom. This reminds you that the preview might not reflect your latest edits.

To see your most recent changes in the preview:

  1. Click Save first (the amber indicator will disappear).
  2. Then click Preview to open the updated version.

Private trips and preview

Here's something useful: even if your trip is set as private, the preview link still works. The trip page exists — it's just not listed on your profile.

This means you can:

  • Share the preview link with a colleague to get feedback before going live.
  • Test the interest form to make sure leads arrive correctly in your dashboard.
  • Check how it looks on mobile by opening the link on your phone.

The URL follows the pattern travifo.com/@yourusername/trip-name, and it works whether the trip is public or private.

Tips for a great trip page

  • Add at least 2-3 photos — visual content makes a big difference in engagement.
  • Write a clear, concise description — visitors decide in seconds whether they're interested.
  • Include the itinerary if you have it — day-by-day plans build trust and excitement.
  • Set up at least one active edition with dates and price so visitors can express interest right away.
