Travifo

Share your trip link

One of the most powerful things about Travifo is how easy it is to share your trips. Whether you're posting on Instagram, sending a WhatsApp message, or adding a link to your email signature, there's always a clean URL ready for you.

Sharing your profile

Your profile page shows all your active trips in one place. Use it when you want people to browse everything you offer.

LinkExample
Full URLtravifo.com/@yourusername
Shortlinktravi.fo/yourusername

The shortlink redirects to your full profile. It's designed specifically for the Instagram/TikTok bio field where every character counts.

Where to find it: Your username is visible in Dashboard → Settings.

Best for

  • Instagram / TikTok bio link
  • General sharing when you want people to browse all your trips
  • Email signatures

Sharing a specific trip

When you're promoting a particular trip, share the direct link so your audience lands exactly where you want them.

LinkExample
Trip URLtravifo.com/@yourusername/trip-name
Edition-specific URLtravifo.com/@yourusername/trip-name?ed=editionId

The edition-specific link pre-selects the right dates when someone opens the page — useful when you have multiple editions and want to point people to a particular one.

Where to find it: Open the trip editor (Dashboard → Trips → your trip) and look for the "Direct link" card below the form. You'll see the main trip URL with a copy button, plus individual links for each edition.

Best for

  • Instagram Stories (as a link sticker)
  • WhatsApp / Telegram messages (Travifo generates a rich preview with the trip title and image)
  • Email campaigns or newsletters
  • Posts where you're promoting a specific trip

Tips

  • Always link to the specific trip when promoting it in Stories or posts — don't make people search your profile.
  • Use the shortlink only for bios where space is limited. For everything else, the full URL is more descriptive.
  • Share edition-specific links when you have multiple dates and want someone to see a particular one.
  • The link works even for hidden trips — you can share it privately before making the trip public.
