Import a trip from your website
If you already have your trips published on your website, you can import the data automatically instead of filling in the form manually. Travifo analyzes the page with artificial intelligence and extracts the title, destination, description, price, itinerary, what's included and available dates.
This feature is available on the PRO plan.
How it works
- Go to Trips → Create trip in your dashboard.
- You'll see a section above the form: "Import from your website".
- Paste your trip URL (for example:
https://mysite.com/japan-group-trip-2026). - Click Import. In a few seconds you'll see the detected data.
- Review and edit the fields as needed — fields that weren't detected appear grayed out.
- Click Create trip with this data.
What data is extracted?
Travifo attempts to extract:
- Trip title
- Destination
- Description
- Price
- Day-by-day itinerary (if published on the page)
- What's included and what's not included
- Available departure dates
Fields that aren't found on the page will be left empty for you to fill in using the editor.
Which websites work best
- Websites with trip content visible on the page (not behind a login)
- Individual pages per trip with all the information together
- WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, custom websites
Does not work with:
- Pages that require login or registration to view content
- PDFs or attached documents
- Dynamically loaded content that isn't accessible without JavaScript
After the import
The trip is created in draft mode. Review all fields in the editor before publishing. Photos are not imported — you'll need to upload them manually.
If the URL doesn't return results or the data is incorrect, you can create the trip manually using the form that appears just below.
